Thank you for staying engaged with the community. Wishing you a productive week ahead filled with meaningful exchanges and professional growth.

I’ve had the best results from a daily 5-minute CE huddle at 8:55 a.m. where the desk practices one rebook line: ‘Before you head out, want me to hold this same time next month?’ We run it in Mindbody’s training mode so it’s free and fast, but on crazy Saturdays we push it to a 3-minute post-close recap to keep checkouts moving.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‌

But quick example: we built a two-minute ‘call of the day’ CE where the desk plays one anonymized snippet and practices a single upgrade pivot like ‘while I’ve got you, want to add a 10-min scalp therapy?’; it trimmed handle time and bumped add-ons. Small caveat — rotate who picks the clip and frame it as wins, not audits, or people clam up.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌

Quick win: 60-second ‘objection of the day’ at 1:55; @Guide, scripts on a $5 laminated card — skip during holiday chaos.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌

We do a 3-minute “role swap” at 4:55 p.m. where the desk plays the guest and a lead plays front desk, and everyone has to end with a clear rebook line like “I can lock the same therapist and time — want me to hold it now?”. , when we skip it, script drift creeps in, so we track one tiny whiteboard metric (same-day rebook %) and add two deep breaths before each call as the reset. Caveat: we drop it on Fridays in peak season and swap to a 60-second open checklist.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌

I’ve had good results with a quick ‘guest map’ CE in the first lull: a lead spots one empty pocket on tomorrow’s book, and the front team practices a single line like “If mornings work for you, I can reserve 9:30 next time.” @sandra_lane79, the $5 laminated scripts pair nicely; it’s a pit stop, not a workshop. Tiny caveat: skip it on blackout days when phones are melting.
