Creating a Calming Atmosphere

I’ve been exploring how to enhance the calming atmosphere in our treatment rooms, especially with lighting and essential oils. Recently, I started using dimmable LED lights alongside lavender and chamomile diffusers during sessions, and the clients have responded so positively. I’d love to hear what others are doing to create that perfect serene space.

And i totally agree with you about using essential oils! I’ve found that incorporating soft background music along with the lighting really enhances the calm vibe. Sometimes, I even mix in a bit of nature sounds for variety.

I love the idea of using lavender and chamomile — their scents are so calming! I’ve found that adding a water fountain or even a small tabletop one can create soothing background sounds, making the atmosphere even more relaxing. @victoriah_08, have you tried that before?
